I am reminded to "go back to basics" and to "go back to nature" (the nature around me and my own true nature).

Day 4 of NaNoWriMo
Wednesday & Thursday were total writing failures with no sleep and long long work days. Today I got to 4110 words and need to still catch up with another 2560 words to go. Not sure if I can manage that tonight.
Got my first "pep talk" in nanowrimo and enjoyed it much. Here is something that made me smile.
Never delete anything. If you can’t stand to look at it, change the font to white and keep going.
I haven't hit anything like that in what I have written so far... but I will hang onto that bit of advise.

Day 1 of Nano
I had the day off work today. I spent it in my jammies. I put a word counter on my website, created a playlist, and wrote 2859 words!
Now having dinner and some social time. More writing tomorrow, then work, then teaching, then more writing.
